Summary: The breakfast is a bad joke, without fresh coffee and full of empty trays, low quality pastries and plenty of ultra processed foods. Front desk personnel is as engaging as the plastic plants in their lobby. It’s a shame because the room was really nice.

Summary: I stayed at the hotel so that I could take a 9 hour test away from my busy, loud family. The room was very quiet, although in the early evening I did hear some noise from the downstairs restaurant area--but not a lot. The sitting area in my suite was spacious, the table was almost the size of a desk, and the fridge, microwave and coffee maker worked great (one cup at a time--I brought my own grounds and filters so I could drink it all day). The bed was very comfortable, the TVs worked great, and the couch was fine--not amazing but fine. The hotel's hot breakfast was satisfying. There is a restaurant and bar in the hotel (with 2 free drinks per person at happy hour), but I don't think anything outside is within walking distance. There is an indoor pool and a small gym. You have to pay to park there, which is annoying, and the sheets were very wrinkly--not necessarily like someone else slept in the bed, but it's possible? They were very wrinkly, hopefully just not taken out of the dryer in time. Oh well, it was really comfortable and nice. I would stay there again.

Summary: Hotel was experiencing a power outage when I checked in which meant I had to get dressed for a function in the dark with no AC. When I returned to the room later, the power was on but the room was 80 degrees. I couldn’t sleep and tossed and turned all night before it finally got cold enough to sleep. Worst stay at an embassy suites ever

Summary: Pretty bad. Old, worn, tiny, cramped room, saggy mattress, AC struggled to cool the room. Will not choose this hotel again.

Summary: My room was hot someone came to fix it however the air did not stay on. My kids wanted to swim but said the pool looked dirty so they didnt. The pool was the reason I chose this place to begin with. I would also recommend your sales team to not stop by every table during breakfast to get people to take trips or become a member really bad timing.
